Salary Survey of West.Mass. Retirement Systems uploaded.
This time of year, retirement systems are setting their budgets – and staff salaries are always a topic of discussion. It strikes me as odd that someone (state entity or association?) doesn’t do an annual salary survey – it would be very useful – but alas, there is none to be found so we did one for the Western Mass. systems and . . . it was a breeze. (Maybe next year we’ll survey all the retirement systems in the state.)
I have uploaded the report to the “Other Systems” page on our website if you’d like to take a look. There are two pages.
One is sorted by retirement system and lists the salaries in order of position rank. It also separates city/town systems from county/regional systems.
The second page is organized by position rank, and again separates city/town from county/regional systems.
Hope you find it useful. Dale
