Dear Mr. Connarton:
This letter is to inform you that at its February 22, 2017 meeting, the Board voted a retirees’ COLA of 3% beginning July 1, 2017.
Also, at its January 31, 2017 meeting, the Board voted to leave the maximum COLA base for the retirees’ annual COLA at $17,000.
