UPDATE: The original ballot that was mailed had an error stating that Carolyn U. Manley and Diana M. Parsons (Schindler) were both incumbents. The Third Member Board seat is vacant and there are no incumbents. We are mailing corrected ballots on January 17, 2025. Any original ballots received will not be valid. It is important that you send in the corrected ballot so your vote will count. The Advisory Council met on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 to approve the corrected ballot and set the new election date. The new election date is scheduled for Monday, February 24, 2025 at 1 p.m.
The Franklin Regional Retirement System will be conducting an emergency election beginning in November 2024 and concluding in February 2025. Please click the links below to read the official notification and to download nomination papers. Mary A. Stokarski, the Third Member of our Board, passed away on October 31, 2024. She was re-elected for her sixth term beginning January 1, 2024. She has serviced our members and retirees since January 1, 2009. The elected candidate will serve the remainder of Mary’s term ending on December 31, 2026.
