Congratulations to Income Research + Management – they will continue as our Fixed Income investment manager

Income Research + Management (IR+M) was one of the four managers interviewed today (April 12, 2018) from an initial pool of 31 submitted proposals. IR+M has been the manager of the Franklin Regional Retirement System’s fixed income allocation since 2003 and will continue to manage the $17 million allocation for another 7 years until the next required re-bid of the allocation.

We are grateful to all that submitted proposals. The other 3 interviewees were very impressive:

  • Loomis, Sayles Company
  • Wellington Management
  • Western Asset Management
