It is that time of year again! We will be mailing the Benefit Verification forms to all retirees along with the Notice of Deposits at the end of July. Please complete these forms at your earliest convenience and have your signature notarized. You can also bring the completed form to our office and have your signature witnessed by a member of the FRRS staff. Please make sure to bring a picture form of ID to verify your identity.
